2022-07-21

The difference between the grade I, II, III rebar joint

Different mechanical properties

Grade I rebar joint: the tensile strength of rebar joint is greater than or equal to the actual tensile strength of the connected steel bar or 1.10 times the standard value of the steel bar tensile strength, and it has high ductility and repeated tensile and compressive properties;

Grade II rebar joint: the tensile strength of rebar joint is not less than the standard value of the tensile strength of the connected steel bar, and it has high ductility and repeated tensile and compressive properties;

Grade III rebar joint: the tensile strength of rebar joint is not less than 1.25 times the standard value of the yield strength of the connected steel bar, and it has certain ductility and repeated tensile and compressive properties.

Different percentages of rebar joint

The percentage of Class I rebar joint has no specified limits unless there are special requirements;

The percentage of Class II rebar joint cannot be greater than 50%;

The percentage of class III rebar joint cannot exceed 25% of the junction in the same junction segment.
