Assembly process of cold extrusion steel sleeve: 

During the entire application process of cold extrusion steel sleeve, attention must be paid to the installation matters in order to avoid unnecessary process problems and thus jeopardize the product quality of the threaded reinforcement bars.

1. Placement of construction reinforcement bars: Move the construction reinforcement bars that meet the standard to the construction site and wait for connection.

2. Tighten the connecting head: Use the construction reinforcement bar sleeve wrench to tighten the connecting sleeve according to the specification.

3. Identification: Mark the tightened sleeve specification and separate it from the sleeve specifications that have not been tightened.

4. Inspection of engineering construction: Perform quality inspection on the completed connection points.

5. Bundle the cold extrusion steel sleeve with other construction reinforcement bars.
