1. High connection strength, stable and reliable connection quality. The joint strength meets the industry standard JGJ107-2003. The tensile strength should not be less than 1.10 times of the actual tensile strength of the connected steel bar or the standard value of the tensile strength of the steel bar.


2. Good fatigue resistance. The joints pass the two million fatigue strength tests specified by the industry standard.


3. Material saving. Take the steel connecting coupler with a diameter of 40mm as an example, the mass of the extruded sleeve is 4kg, and the straight thread sleeve is 1.1kg. The quality of the straight thread rebar coupler is 25% of the extruded rebar coupler, and the joint performance is the same as extruded joint.


4. Convenient to connection. The processing of steel wire head is factory-like and don't need lot construction time. On-site connection and assembly operations take a short time.


5. The steel wire head is easy to process. The two processes of rib stripping and thread rolling can be completed once the steel bar is installed and clamped. The processing speed is fast and the forming thread precision is high.


6. Wide range of application. There is no weldability requirement for steel bars and it is suit for the same and different diameter connections of HRB335 and HRB400 steel bars with a diameter of 12-50mm in any direction.

8. Energy saving. The power of the equipment is 3-4kw, not need special power distribution facilities and special wires.
