When the average pass rate of the two sampling inspections is not less than 95%, the batch shall be judged qualified. If the qualified product rate is still less than 95%, the batch of rebar couplers should be inspected one by one, and qualified products can be used. 

2. Check the certificate of quality and material quality certificate.

3. The rebar splice can be screwed in with the go gauge

4. Check with the no-go gauge to see if it can screw in or not.

5. The end of the rebar splice shall have a plastic protective cover;

6. The plastic protective cover has the same specification mark as the straight rebar coupler specification.
