Precautions for the use of steel wire rolling machine

1. The cooling liquid must use water-soluble emulsified cooling liquid, and it is strictly forbidden to use oil-based cooling liquid, and it is not allowed to use ordinary lubricating oil instead. The cooling liquid tank should be cleaned every month.

2. It is strictly forbidden to roll the thread when there is no coolant in machine.

3. The end of the steel bar to be processed should be flat and must be cut with a toothless saw, and should be round and straight within the length of 500mm at the end, no bending is allowed, and it is not allowed to directly process the end of the cutting machine.

4. The rolling machine should be maintained regularly.
