The cold extrusion rebar coupler is a portable system used for rebar connecting. It is a easy and effective way to connect rebars, no need to prepare two ends in factory in advance.

The shells are powered by independent power unit, the hydraulic tool are squeezed on the steel plate. The final connection ensures that tensile strength of at least 125% of the nominal yield strength of the reinforcement grade 500 MPa.

A simple step by step execution of cold-forged gripping the rebar coupler against the rebar by means of hydraulic press results in a full compression coupler.

Its tensil strength is more than 125% of  a normal steel bar.

For repair work or connecting two rebars with different diameters, all the cold shear cut bar ends are fitted. Fast installation and doesn't reduce the cross-section area of the rebar.
