Technical requirements for straight threaded rebar coupler:

1. When connecting steel bars, the specifications of the steel bars and the rebar coupler must be consistent, and the threads of the steel bars and the sleeves should be clean and intact.

2. The position, specification and quantity of rebar coupler should meet the design requirements when using pre-embedded joints. The steel bar with the rebar coupler should be fixed firmly, and the exposed end of rebar coupler should have a protective cover.

3. Pipe wrench and torque wrench should be used for rolling straight threaded joints, and the two steel wire heads should be pressed against each other in the middle of the sleeve. The accuracy of the torque wrench is ±5%.
