1. Couplers are made of No. 45 high-quality carbon structural steel, it has advanced technology, high dimensional accuracy and reliable connection quality.

2. The basic parameters of various specification couplers are designed according to the strength requirements of HRB400 steel bars, also it applicable to HRB335 and HRB400 steel plates.

3. The coupler performance indicators have been tested by the "National Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Inspection Center", and meets the requirements of "I" grade joints in JG/T 163-2013.

4. The specification of couplers are matched with the diameter of the steel bars that to be connected, they are divided into ten specifications: φ14mm, φ16mm, φ18nn, φ20mm, φ22mm, φ25mm, φ28mm, φ32mm, φ36mm, and φ40mm.

5. There are two kinds of coupler tooth pitch: 60° and 75°.
