Advantages of whole grouting sleeve compared to half grouting sleeves:

1. Under the condition that all performances can be met, the grouting sleeve pressed by special equipment and special process is lower in cost and easy to use compared with the grouting sleeve processed from bar material and the sleeve cast by ductile iron.

(2) When prefabricating components in the factory, the steel bar can be directly inserted into the sleeve, which saves the some steps if use half grouting sleeve, like threading and tightening the half grouting sleeve. The installation is fast and convenient, and the positioning accuracy can meet the standard requirements of use;

(3) Both ends are connected to the steel bar through high-strength grouting material, so the connection quality at both ends of the joint can be effectively guaranteed.
